Benefits of District Sport Associate(DSA)

  1. DSA should be sports savvy, passionate, knowledgeable and always eager to promote every game wherever possible. DSA manages a cluster of many games in the district.

  2. Responsibility - DSA is responsible for

    • The development of all 23 games and the growth of every player in the district under his/her management.
    • Motivate every young boy and girl in the district to play one or the other game.
    • Ensure the growth of every player by identifying enough opportunities to practice and showcase their talents and skills.
    • DSA should ensure that every player's all issues and needs are taken care of.
    • DSA should conduct all types of matches so that all players get enough opportunity to practice and exhibit their game by working with group leads, other DSAs, local government, townmates and organizations.
    • Arrange all the infrastructure required to conduct such matches. For example, work with Govt, colleges and schools for arranging the playgrounds etc.
