Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TownSol website, platform, applications, features and related services (“Platform”) operated by Townsol WebNet Private Limited (“TownSol”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy and any other policies made available on the Platform. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age
For the current version of the Platform, registration and use are limited to persons aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
TownSol may introduce services for persons under 18 in the future. Any such service will be subject to an appropriate parental/guardian consent process and safeguards before minors are permitted to register.
If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. Platform Services
TownSol is a digital platform intended to support community engagement, sports-related activities, player and coach profiles, connections, opportunities, information sharing and related services. Features may change, be added, suspended or discontinued according to operational, technical, legal or business requirements.
TownSol does not guarantee that any particular player, coach, academy, opportunity, event, partnership, selection, award, employment, sponsorship, investment, transaction or other outcome will result from use of the Platform.
5. Registration and Account Information
Users must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity carried out through their account.
TownSol may require email or mobile OTP verification and may introduce additional verification for specific features. Verification requirements will be communicated to the user when applicable.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and updated information during registration and profile creation.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Respect other users and avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, impersonation or abusive conduct.
- Do not upload or share content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
- Do not submit false, fraudulent, misleading or manipulated information about yourself, another person, an event, result, qualification or achievement.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, another user’s account, data or systems.
- Do not use the Platform to distribute malware, spam or other disruptive communications.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities or unlawful content.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats or discriminatory behaviour.
- Fraud, impersonation, identity misuse or deceptive profiles.
- Spam, automated abuse, scraping or interference with Platform operations.
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Attempts to bypass security, verification or access controls.
8. User-Generated Content
Users may be permitted to submit player profiles, coach profiles, photographs, videos, achievements, match information, reviews, comments and other content (“User Content”). Users remain responsible for User Content they submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
By submitting User Content, the user grants TownSol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Platform and related services, subject to the user’s rights under applicable law.
TownSol may review, moderate, restrict or remove User Content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law or the safety/integrity of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
The TownSol name, branding, logos, software, designs, layouts, original text, graphics and other materials supplied by TownSol are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit TownSol-owned materials.
10. Verification
TownSol may use email or mobile OTP verification and, where specifically offered, other verification methods appropriate to a particular service. TownSol may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, qualifications, location or professional status where such verification is relevant to the service.
TownSol will not state that a verification method is available unless that method is actually implemented on the Platform. References to Aadhaar, DigiLocker or other government identity systems are intentionally not included in this interim version unless and until TownSol actually implements and legally reviews such a process.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services or providers. TownSol does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Users should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.
12. Payments, Commercial Activities and Third-Party Transactions
Where paid services or third-party transactions are offered, the applicable price, terms, refund/cancellation conditions and payment-provider terms will be displayed or made available before the transaction where required.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TownSol is not a party to private arrangements between users or third parties and does not guarantee the performance, quality, legality or outcome of such arrangements.
13. Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
Information on the Platform is provided in good faith for general informational and platform-related purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TownSol does not warrant that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or error-free.
Use of the Platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk. TownSol does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from technical defects, although we will take reasonable operational measures to maintain and improve it.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TownSol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of the Platform, user interactions, third-party services, content supplied by users, technical interruptions or reliance on information available on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TownSol and its officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or User Content that you submit.
16. Suspension and Termination
TownSol may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or access to features where it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, misuse of the Platform, or where required by law or competent authorities.
Users may stop using the Platform and may request account closure through the available account/support process.
17. Changes to the Platform and Terms
TownSol may modify, suspend or discontinue features or services. TownSol may also update these Terms, policies or procedures to reflect changes in the Platform, law, regulation, security or business operations. The latest version will be published on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution mechanism, courts having competent jurisdiction at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
If TownSol adopts a separate arbitration agreement or different jurisdiction after legal review, this clause should be updated accordingly before publication.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
20. Force Majeure
TownSol will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, strikes, epidemics, governmental actions, major technical failures or infrastructure outages.

PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction
Townsol WebNet Private Limited (“TownSol”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of users of the TownSol Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used, how it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to users.
This Policy should be read with the Terms of Use and other Platform policies.
2. Personal Data We May Collect
- Identity and profile information, such as name, age/date of birth where collected, profile details and photograph where provided.
- Contact information, such as mobile number, email address and other contact details provided by the user.
- Sports and professional information, such as sport, playing/coaching information, achievements, qualifications, academy details and related profile information where provided.
- Transaction or payment information where paid services are offered.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device information, login activity, feature usage and security logs.
- Location information where a location-enabled feature is used and the user has provided the required permission or otherwise where lawful.
- Verification information where a particular Platform feature requires verification.
- Information submitted in communications, support requests, reviews, comments, photographs, videos and other User Content.
3. How We Collect Information
We may collect information directly from users during registration, profile creation, verification, transactions, support interactions, content submission and use of the Platform. Some technical information may be collected automatically through cookies, logs and similar technologies.
4. Purposes of Processing
- To create and maintain user accounts and profiles.
- To provide, operate, secure and improve Platform services.
- To communicate with users about accounts, services, support, updates and important notices.
- To verify information where verification is relevant to a service.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and unlawful activity.
- To process payments and maintain appropriate business and accounting records where applicable.
- To analyse usage and improve functionality, performance and user experience.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory and governmental requirements.
5. Notice and Consent
Where processing is based on consent, TownSol will seek consent through an appropriate notice and consent mechanism. The Platform should explain the personal data being requested and the purpose for which it is requested in a clear and understandable manner.
Where the law permits or requires processing on another lawful basis, TownSol may process information accordingly. Users should not be asked to consent to processing that is not necessary for the stated purpose.
6. Withdrawal of Consent and User Requests
Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw consent through the method made available by TownSol. The withdrawal mechanism should be reasonably accessible and should not be materially more difficult than giving consent.
Users may contact support@townsol.com for privacy requests, including requests relating to access, correction, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent and privacy grievances.
7. User Rights
- Request access to personal data held by TownSol, where applicable.
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request deletion of personal data where applicable and subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Raise a privacy grievance through the designated contact mechanism.
TownSol will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, identity/security requirements and lawful retention obligations.
8. Data Sharing and Service Providers
TownSol may use service providers and technology partners necessary to operate the Platform, such as hosting/cloud providers, OTP or communications providers, payment providers, analytics providers, security providers and other processors or vendors. Such providers may process information on TownSol’s behalf subject to applicable contractual, security and legal requirements.
The current technical service-provider list should be reviewed against the live Platform before publication so that this Policy accurately reflects actual providers.
9. International or Cross-Border Processing
Where personal data is processed or transferred outside India, TownSol will do so subject to applicable law and any conditions or restrictions that apply to such processing or transfer.
10. Data Security
TownSol will take reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks associated with processing. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should protect their account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
11. Data Retention
TownSol will retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet contractual or accounting requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
TownSol should maintain an internal retention schedule covering account data, profile data, verification information, transaction records, support records and security logs. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.
12. Cookies
TownSol may use session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies or similar technologies for authentication, functionality, preferences, analytics, security and performance. The cookie settings and notices shown to users should match the technologies actually deployed on the Platform.
Users can manage cookies through browser settings. Where applicable law requires a consent mechanism for particular categories of cookies or similar technologies, TownSol will provide the relevant controls.
13. User-Generated Content
Users remain responsible for personal information and other content they choose to publish publicly through profiles, comments, photographs, videos or other features. Users should avoid publishing another person’s personal information without appropriate authority or permission.
TownSol may moderate or remove content that violates the Terms, Community Guidelines, privacy rights or applicable law.
14. Children and Minors
The current TownSol Platform is restricted to users aged 18 years and above. TownSol does not intentionally design the current registration flow to permit independent registration by persons under 18.
If TownSol introduces services for minors, the relevant registration, consent, notices, safeguards and data practices will be updated before those services are launched.
15. External Links
TownSol may provide links to third-party websites or services. TownSol is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Users should review the relevant third-party privacy policies before providing personal information.
16. Policy Updates
TownSol may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Platform, technology, business practices, legal requirements or regulatory developments. The latest version will be published on the Platform with an updated effective/last-updated date.

1. Purpose
TownSol aims to provide a respectful, constructive and safe environment for sports and community participation.
2. Expected Behaviour
- Communicate respectfully and constructively.
- Provide truthful information about yourself, your achievements, qualifications and affiliations.
- Respect privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Use appropriate language and avoid harassment, threats and discrimination.
- Report suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful content through the available support mechanism.
3. Prohibited Content

4. Moderation

DATA RETENTION & DELETION POLICY
1. Principle
TownSol will retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, security, service delivery, dispute resolution, accounting or legal obligations.
2. Retention Categories
- Account and profile information — generally while the account/profile remains active and for any period required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
- Verification information — only for as long as necessary for the relevant verification purpose and applicable legal/security requirements.
- Transaction and accounting records — for the period required under applicable financial, tax or legal requirements.
- Support communications — for a reasonable period needed to resolve issues, maintain records and address disputes.
- Security and technical logs — for a period appropriate to security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and legal requirements.
3. Deletion
When personal data is no longer required and there is no lawful reason to retain it, TownSol will delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable law and its internal retention procedures.
A user request for deletion does not require TownSol to delete information that must lawfully be retained or that is otherwise permitted to be retained under applicable law.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Applicability
This policy applies only to paid services for which TownSol expressly offers a refund or cancellation facility. If a particular service has separate terms, those terms will be displayed before purchase and will apply to that transaction.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility, where offered, will depend on the nature of the service, the purchase terms shown to the user, whether the service has been used or delivered, and applicable law.
3. Refund Requests
Refund or cancellation requests may be submitted to support@townsol.com with the relevant transaction details. TownSol may request reasonable information needed to verify the transaction and process the request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or provider, subject to provider timelines and applicable law.
